Allied Star Cordless 3D Scanner
Getting a model of a patient’s teeth used to require gooey, uncomfortable alginate impressions that all patients dreaded. Thankfully, that is no longer required. At Ossa Orthodontics, all patients will be scanned with the Allied Star cordless 3D scanner that will create a digital copy of the patient’s teeth. The scanner is small and quick, so patients no longer have to experience any discomfort to get a model of their teeth to make appliances, clear aligners, and retainers.
In-House 3D Printer
At Ossa Orthodontics, we have our own 3D printer, which allows for efficient, on-site production of custom models and retainers. This technology streamlines workflows and speeds up turnaround times, enabling the rapid creation of precise items. Having this tool available on-site increases convenience and flexibility, helping to meet a variety of needs effectively.
